Did you know the four crucial steps to guaranteed weight loss?
Step 1: Be kind to yourself.
Step 2: Eat only when you are hungry.
Step 3: Eat foods that give you the result you want.
Step 4: Lose the Mind Drama.
You may want to think you are confused right now. Can it be that simple? Yes, it can be that simple. Its all the drama around weight loss that gets us in a tizzy of not knowing what to do. Weight loss is not complicated but what our mind does with our good intentions and goals becomes complicated if we don’t know how to think deliberately.

YES, IT'S DIFFERENT
Because what used to work doesn't anymore.
What do I mean by Mind Drama? I first learned this concept in coach training with Brooke Castillo. Mind Drama is the over-reactive, exaggerated, and boundless detail that our minds come up with daily. Our brains are on overdrive thinking exaggerated thoughts that don’t serve us.
Imagine if weight loss was just a math problem. All facts, no drama.
An example of all math is when a personal trainer wants to make $60K a year, they would need to charge $100 per session to 50 clients a month to earn $5,000 a month which = $60K per year.
That’s the math.
The drama is all of the thoughts that come up like, “what if I can’t get 50 clients? What if they won’t pay me $100 per session? What if I’m not good enough to charge that?” I don’t know how to find 50 clients?”
Mind Drama is what prevents us from accessing our true self and all we are capable of being and doing. We think the drama is just present and part of the situation, goal, circumstance. However, it’s not. We are actually choosing it by the thoughts we pick to think. Its hypothesized, we have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day, this means between 35 and 48 thoughts per minute per person.
What if we could leave the drama behind and just focus on the math? Once we clean up the drama, our choices become better, we attract what we need, we invest in ourselves, we meet our goals!
On your weight loss journey be kind to yourself. You CAN’T beat yourself up into losing weight! Regardless of where you are on this path believe kind things about yourself, your choices, and most importantly your body. Real change only occurs once you accept where you are and choose kindness.
